Prophecy #2 - To The Church

To the church of the living God and to all that claim salvation through Christ Jesus.

Blessed is God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
He is worthy of our praises and deserving of our worship.
Lift up your eyes and know that Christ Jesus is LORD of all.
His creation sings of His majesty and glory.

I have poured myself out upon my church.
I have sent you out to proclaim salvation to all people.
Do the people hear the Good News?
Are you faithful to my call?

You feed their bellies, but they hunger for salvation.
You quench their thirst, yet their lips do not know the living water.
Have you forgotten me?
Has my Spirit left you?

The wolves are among the flock and they devour my sheep.
You invited them in and put them up on high.
Their deception has lured you away.
The broad road is before you and you are led to the slaughter.

The faithful are condemned and the unrighteous are raised up and glorified.
My children are set aside and silenced. They are mocked and shut away.
I will redeem my flock and they will become a mighty army.
I will raise up my people and they will be triumphant in the last day.

Sweet songs of peace lead my people astray.
The promise of safety blinds their eyes.
The war rages in the shadows while my people sleep and cling to false hope.
They are deaf to the cries of those that are laid waste by the evil one.

Has your sword grown dull in its scabbard?
Has your shield crumbled to dust?
Has your armor been consumed by rust and decay?
Are you no longer able to summon my truth?

Awaken and proclaim my Gospel!
Awaken and vanquish my enemies with the sword of the spirit.
Be bold! Speak my holy name so that all men might be saved.
Have courage! My enemies can not stand against me for I am the LORD.

Christ Jesus has proclaimed to all,
“I am the living water.
I am the bread of life.
I am the good shepherd.
I am the light of the world.
I am the way and the truth and the life.
All that come to me and call upon my name will not perish, but will have everlasting life.” Have you not written these words upon your heart?

Why do you fear the mockers?
Why do you cower before the earthly powers that oppress you?
I have given you my power through the Holy Spirit and laid victory at your feet.
Why do you not fight for me?

Time is short and my flock is under siege.
The evil one has destroyed you from within and torn down your walls.
Speak the Word of truth and repel the enemy.
Gather my sheep into the fold. Heal their wounds with my mercy and grace.

Put on the armor of God and proclaim salvation.
Raise the shield of faith and defend my people.
Strike him with the sword of the spirit and he will fall into the abyss.
Gird yourself in truth and you will not faint, for I am with you even unto the very end.

Blessed be His kingdom, now and forever.
